Yoga can increase strength, improve flexibility and ease pains. It is an ancient practice. Meditation has become increasingly popular all over the world. The goal during yoga practice is to challenge yourself physically, but not to feel overwhelmed. It develops inner awareness and focuses attention on the body’s abilities at the present moment.
Pilates uses a combination of approximately 50 simple, repetitive exercises to create muscular exertion. It aims at stability and control of your muscles, so that you get better mobility. Exercises focus on the breath, core activation and slow, controlled, movements.
