Avant Garden (22810 79416). Fine Dining. One of the best gourmet restaurants in Syros featuring a lovely garden. It is opposite the famous Apollon Theater. Chef Konstantine Bouradas creates gourmet dishes, always with a twist. Sample the delicious appetizers and the sweets, and order a fine wine from his exquisite list. Reservation is required.
San Michali Food and Culture (694 5330074). Contemporary Cuisine. A renowned restaurant in Vaporia, offering excellent view to the sea. Working with fermentations and his own raw materials, utilizing the power of the wood oven, looking at the tradition of Cycladic cuisine but also the cuisines of the world, talented young chef Alexandros Karakatsanis serves food that you will remember for a long time! Sheltered in a traditional stoned house with a small terrace, in the heart of Poseidonia, this bistro offers a selection of tastes from the delicious cuisine of the French Provence.
