Introducing Captain’s Cooking Classes led by highly appraised chef Nikos Pouliasis

Expanding our culinary offerings, we organize courses to help improve your
repertoire in the kitchen. From ingredient preparation to finishing touches, our
classes take an interactive approach.
The Cooking Class experience is led with a keen eye toward seasonality. Menus
vary to represent the produce-focused cooking. You will also learn what it is like to
shop, cook and eat like a Greek with a market visit and hands-on lesson.
After the Cooking Class you may take your meal to the terraces, or your balcony, for
lunch or dinner paired with wine.
