The Cooking Class Experience is led with a keen eye towards seasonality and fresh ingredients from Greece and abroad. Recipes vary to represent the produce-focused cooking. The Chef will also give you useful tips on how to buy similar products from the markets in your country.
Awarded Chef Nikos Pouliasis is an expert, great with people, and passionate –not to mention charismatic! His insights on food culture will help expand yours. You’ll laugh, you’ll sample and you’ll learn how to create delicious recipes by using excellent ingredients.
